ATM Electrical Installation Done Right From the Ground Up

ATM installations look simple from the outside. But what actually makes them work - reliably, safely, day after day - is everything buried beneath that concrete pad. That's the part most people never see.

Here's what we were working with: a full trench excavation with conduit runs laid out and tied down at the base, a meter socket mounted and ready to receive power, and all of it done while working in muddy, wet conditions. No shortcuts. The underground work has to be right because once the concrete goes down, there's no going back.

We handled the meter setup from early groundwork all the way through final placement. The conduit layout running through the trench feeds up into the meter enclosure, which sits mounted on galvanized risers - solid, plumb, and built to hold. That kind of attention to the structural side of an install matters just as much as the electrical side. Everything has to be set correctly before a single yard of concrete gets poured.

The finished pad tells the whole story. Clean concrete, bollards in place, meter socket standing firm, anchor bolts ready for the ATM unit itself. That's what a properly executed commercial electrical install looks like. No mess, no guesswork, no coming back to fix things later.
